Who's behind ResonAIte

I'm Brian Pollak. ResonAIte started with me getting bored.

I was taking an online course on a subject I genuinely cared about. The platform was one of the big ones. Video module. Then a quiz. Then the next video. Then another quiz. The content was substantive and accurate. The interest was real. And yet I found myself constantly resisting, losing focus, and disengaging. This wasn't the first time this had happened to me either. Whether it was online courses, in-person classes, lectures, or reading material, the result was always the same: my brain easily disengages with any learning medium that isn't tailored to its unique wiring.

When I theorized on why this kept happening, it hit me that the rigidity of the process might be a factor. As it turned out, it was the entire problem.

So I built a framework for myself to adapt the course material to my learning style. Personalized, AI-assisted, interactive instead of passive. Designed around how I actually retain things: compressed concepts, causal chains, real examples, teaching it back. Then I ran the same course content through it.

The difference was immediate. Not "slightly better." Different category. I'd just solved the problem of why I kept disengaging from material I was genuinely interested in.

Next came the question that wouldn't leave: every brain is wired differently. If a rough prototype tuned to how I learn produced that kind of breakthrough for me, what would it look like for everyone else to have one tuned to them?

I woke up on a Saturday morning thinking about that question. Driven by an unshakeable suspicion that I was onto something real that could have a positive impact, I started building. Three days later, the beta-testable MVP was live. The fact that I had never written a line of code before that weekend didn't slow it down.

The feedback from the beta test validated the suspicion: people intuitively felt the value of a learning engine that catered to their unique mind in depths they didn't know were possible.

Everything since has been turning that raw prototype into a real platform. One designed to eliminate the friction that one-size-fits-all learning forces on minds it was never built for.

The product is still becoming. I'm an EdTech sales leader by day, advocate by trade, and an industry insider long enough to know exactly what isn't working. The nights and weekends go here.

ResonAIte exists because learning shouldn't feel like a tax on caring about something. If you've ever bounced off material you wanted to love, you already know why this matters.
